Dear, Leonid,

Because the picture is only a decorative image, we decided that is does not need a description or alternative text.

You might note that the picture is in the style sheet (CSS) and not the HTML.

We did mention the picture at:
	http://www.w3.org/WAI/sitehelp.html#image
