We’ve just released a piece of software that would sit well in the 
“Evaluation and Repair Tools” section of your 
http://www.w3.org/WAI/Resources/ page. I've included it's details below. 

EveryEye is a software tool that shows you how older and color-blind people 
see your designs.   EveryEye is based on hard scientific understanding of 
the visual impairments faced by these important user groups.  EveryEye will 
help you get it right for an extra 28% of the population.
