This is to acknowledge the good report I received
about your person, through a Business Director at the
Johannesurg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
First, I will like to introduce my humble self to you.
I am Mr. Steven Zango, I am a cousin to the Late
President Laurent D. Kabila fo the Democratic Republic
of Congo (D.R.C) formerly known as (Zaire).
Due to the on going civil war presently raging in my
country, the late President Laurent D. Kabila has been
using me, through diplomatic means, to send money out
of the country, because of fears that he may be over
thrown through coup or the Rebels at any time, because
of low morale in the military.
This I have done for the late President on two
different occassions, on the third trip early this
year I was given the sum of US$35.5M (Thirty Five
Million, five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars).
I arrived here in South Africa on the 15th of January,
when I went to our Embassy the next day and collected,
from my country Embassy, the box containing the
US$35.5M.
I will like to inform you that the Embassy Officials
do not know the content of the Box. On the same day
President Laurent Kabila fear was actualized as he was
assasinated by his bodyguard, who was hired to kill
the President. This US$35.5M, I immediately deposited
with a Private Security Company, here in Johannesburg
for safe keeping, without disclosing the actual
content of the box.
Due to the short coming in the South African Law that
do not permit Asylum Seekers financial rights tosuch
huge amount of money. I came up with the idea of a
Foreign Investment, that is why I have contacted you,
as an established business man, to seek your
assistance, to transfer this money to either your
Company or Personal account, for a Joint Venture
Investment in your country under your advice and
management.
I have made all the necessary arrangement to transfer
this money to you, and I have decided to offer you for
your effort, 25% of the total sum, 10% I have set
aside to cover both local and international expenses
and the remaining 65% will be for me.

not want to lose money as it is my only opportunity
