For the Authoring Tools, I thought of a couple of things which you wish to consider as use cases:

*Use Cases:*

   * Someone wants to host his/her web site but wants to know if the web host provider makes available a website builder which provides accessibility features
   * An educational institution which wants to set up online courses which are accessible

I'm good with the rest of the page.
