As per the order of topics, we have been making changes in the live 
draft at https://deploy-preview-72--wai-curricula.netlify.com/curricula/1-4/


I have also opened an issue https://github.com/w3c/wai-curricula/issues/89

to further discuss this if necessary.


The first topic explains the principles and talks about examples of such 
principles, not requirements or success criteria, which are introduced 
later on in the unit.
