Re: WCAG 2.1 guidelines filters - bug?

Hi Marcio,

The misunderstanding seems to be that this item only filters the 
techniques by technology, not the success criteria (because the success 
criteria are technology independent – as long as you use technology, 
they apply).

I think that some clarifying text is needed to make it clear, so I will 
note it in an issue on GitHub and address soon.
