Comparison of WCAG 1.0 Checkpoint 6.1 to WCAG 2.0 SC

Hello,
I've been trying to determine how WCAG 1.0 Checkpoint 6.1, "Organize
documents so they may be read without style sheets", relates to the WCAG
2.0 Success Criteria using this document:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/from10/comparison/. However, the comparison
document doesn't make it very clear to me.

I would think that Checkpoint 6.1 is covered by the intent of Guideline
1.3, but it's not explicitly stated as far as I can tell.

Is it possible to clarify whether or not this checkpoint is still relevant
under WCAG 2.0?
