[style guide] Style Guide is on Friday's agenda

Hey Sarah,

We will feature the Style Guide in tomorrow's meeting. Once we get the
whole EOWG involved in looking at and commenting on it, would you prefer it
to stay in the wiki or move into GitHub?

Are there significant updates that remain? If so, when do you think we will
have something stable to let people use? We are assigning resources for
people to edit at tomorrow's meeting.
