mportant: Standards Harmonization requires update

Dear Judy and Shadi,

As we review our materials for the relaunch of the site this fall, one
problematic document is Standards Harmonization
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/Policy/harmon>

We have determined that this document is outdated to the point that the
content is no longer accurate. Clearly, we do not not want to post
inaccurate, outdated information to the new site. I noticed an incomplete
revision of that document here: Draft revision of Standards Harmonization
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/standards/standards_harmon>

Please let me know if either or both of you can take a pass at getting this
in final shape for the new site or if you would like us to assign to
another editor and allow you to review. Once the revisions are complete we
will be able to include in the new site content.
