Hi Wayne, As you are listed as the Resource Manager of: http://www.w3.org/WAI/Policy/: I have just seen http://www.lflegal.com/2013/05/gaad-legal/ which has some pointers, too. Maybe we can convince Lainey to share her data with us ;-) BTW: I know we have been very careful about policy things, but especially with the emerging new WCAG approach, a document with examples or suggestions on how to make a WCAG-based policy might be a useful thought experiment.
