FW: [wbs] response to 'EOWG Weekly Survey - 21 August 2015'

Hi Kevin,

I see that the below Survey that was emailed to me was actually not
populated at all. Iıve just gone and added everything to the Survey. Iıll
double check, but my actual comments should be either on the Wiki or the
individual Github questions.

It looks like the last two questions did in fact get answered though.

Thanks for the late ad, and sorry for only just now noticing this.
