Your comments to the tables tutorial

This actually came up before you joined and we had some very specific 
reasons not to do it. However with the new titles the icons may fit 
better and we’ll see what the group thinks of the change.

As far as I know footers aren’t interpreted in a different way than 
tbody elements by assistive technologies, so using it is probably more a 
semantic question than an accessibility question. I hope you’re fine 
if I note this suggestion down and we implement in the next version as 
we don’t currently have an example where this would fit.
