When one jumps to the h2 using dom navigation no "Introduction" appears. I have spent significant time looking for the introduction section visually, and couldn't find it. I talked to Wayne about this. How about for a quick fix just take Introduction out of the Page Contents? Then in Nov we should revisit this issue since it's other places on the WAI website. ~Shawn
