Comment to Tutorials

I cannot get access to the wiki pages I've changed my password 3 times it work in WBS but not in the WIKI.
My comment is for the Cover page:

The link text to WCAG and ATAG are the guidelines but the links are to the intro pages, and the text also say Introduction, change the link text to Introduction to or something that is not the title of the Guidelines themselves.
