No, the WCAG wiki is publicly readable but writeable only by members of 
the WCAG WG. For EO members to write to it, we either need them to join 
WCAG, or move the wiki to a publicly writeable instance such as 
http://www.w3.org/wiki/. Note doing so makes integration with other 
resources in the WCAG wiki more difficult, but that may not be a priority.
