urban accessibility maps/apps

Dear Colleague:

I am starting a survey in Brazil on accessible apps and maps on urban
accessibility for urban citizens, focusing on persons with disabilities and
elders (but also visitors and foreigners). I would very much appreciate if
you could suggest:
- any questions you consider a "must" to approach such topics through a
survey;
- known products/services of these categories that do meet accessibility
requirements/standards;
- the reasons you believe the available products/services (which?), if any,
are not used by the target- groups;
- experts on the above mentioned issues (and their contact info., if
possible).
