Some comments about the "Analysis for "Accessibility Support Database"

Dear editors,

Just some quick comments about the draft:

- In the "audience" section, I would add also "policy makers", that 
would want to establish minimum quotas of accessibility support for a 
technique/techonology to be considered "accessible enough".

- In the "technical requirements" I would add that such a database needs 
to be WCAG 2.0 compliant, since many contributors can have a disability.
