Business Case slides comments

  Hi Shadi,

Thank you for your comments on the business case slides. Here are replies:

# [important] slide 5: I'm a bit unsure about the implications of this definition for accessibility -- is it *about* or does it *benefit* people with and without disabilities? This seems more of a definition for inclusion rather than for accessibility.

SLH: Changed the slide and edited the notes, per e-mail today to the EOWG list.

# [editors discretion] slide 3: consider using "in this presentation ..." rather than "for the next @@ minutes ..." because people may want to use these slides for presentations of different lengths.

SLH: Deleted it.

# [editors discretion] slide 14: consider a different separator because it is already the title of the entire slideset, and consider reducing the (over)use of "smart business" throughout (slides 3, 5, 14, and 35 -- maybe remove from slide 3 too?)

SLH: I removed it from slide 5. I don't understand removing it from slide 3 and 35 -- that is the title of the slide presentation, how can it be removed? I left it in slide 14 because I think it is good to reinforce it once in the presentation and it makes a nice summary and transition there.

# [important] intro: only publish when HTML version is available

SLH: Yes, I thought that has been made clear in EOWG teleconferences and I maybe in e-mail as well -- that we won't publish it until the HTML version is ready AND that we don't want to make the HTML version until the context is settled so that we don't have to make changes in multiple places.

# [important] intro: PPT version now significantly more than 8MB

SLH: Updated.

# [important] permission and reference: we are on 2011 already... ;)

SLH: Updated.

# [editors discretion] advice for presenters: consider removing "We might add to this page a list of presentations that other people developed based on this one" for now until we have discussed and agreed to a transparent set of criteria for linking to such presentations *from this page*.

SLH: Done. (If we thought there was a high likelihood of this happening, it would be good to go ahead and gather input. However, I think it's not a high priority and thus not a high likelihood.)

# [editors discretion] throughout: can we reduce the amount of advice, some of which is already redundant with the "Presentations" page? Just seems too long...

SLH: Done.

Regards,
~Shawn
