Introduction to Web Accessibility - bad links [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Hi Shawn,

Was just looking at "Introduction to Web Accessibility" (http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/accessibility.php) and noticed that the links to "How PWD Use the Web" in the second para go to old drafts (even to a dif-marked draft).
