CSS for HTML slides

Hi Ian,

Thanks so much for offering to work on this HTML/CSS!

What we need: CSS for WAI slides in HTML.

Collection of info: http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/WAI-pres-format

Background: Work so for on presentation materials for others to use has been ad-hoc. We would like to more deliberately make templates for PowerPoint and HTML/CSS.

* the _previous CSS_ and an _example using it_ - note that these are an older design

Feel free to change the CSS all you want. Consider before changing the HTML: We do have a few slidesets already using HTML, and it would be nice if we didn't have to make significant changes to them. However, we plan to do more slidesets later and it would be good to get it right now, so if we did need to make some changes, that's OK.

Let me know what questions you have -- I'm sure there are things I left out or that I didn't make clear enough.
