Suggestions for Relationship MWBP-WCAG Overview page

Hi Alan,

Attached are suggestions for edits to the "Relationship between Mobile Web Best Practices (MWBP) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)" overview page. Note that I've made changes to all sections that are included in the attachment.

What would you like to do as a next step? For example,
- Take this draft to EOWG for comment before integrating it?
- Alan integrate these suggestions or not with editor's discretion, and then take it to EOWG for review?
- Other?

Could you let me know how things are looking for getting something to EOWG in the next day or two in order to discuss this Friday -- or if we need to postpone it...
