Numbering may not be the best solution for the problem you are suggestion but I would like to work with you on navigation issues. Will follow up separately.

Something has to be first in the list! This went through several steps including the ERT Working Group and EO Working Group. We could re-discuss ordering after this version has been launched and we gather some experience.
