Relying on the back button is a huge no-no for accessibility. Can we at least list this as an open issue, and see if anyone comes up with  good ideas to address it?

The EOWG discussion that I participated in was about repeating links that applied to more than one bullet, e.g., "Page Structure", and was not about repeating " - see Evaluation report: ".

Don't have time to think of other suggestions now. Are you willing to list it as open issue?
