General comments on the resource suite as a whole

Comments (or a URI pointing to your comments): 
As I have entered the review process somewhat late in the process, I have
not experienced the gestation of this document. But I have experienced the
final stages and I am impressed with the result. I think the recent version
is consise and will be easily used by a wide audience.
