Please note that the following URLs resolve differently.  Is this intentional?  Trailing slash is issue:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/wcag20
http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/wcag20/

The difference may just be that the second one drops the CSS, but I am not entirely certain.
