Re: misc notes on eval suite

On the Overview page [1], I added "About Tools List" as a section of the document *and* to left navigation bar (just for testing). It seems that having the link in the left navigation add prominence and makes it easier for developers to find, but I also find it makes the left navigation very full and cumbersome for novice users. Please have a look at the page and tell me if you still prefer the solution you suggest:

The disclaimer will only be the one-liner essential once the database is updated and the list is released. I've only referenced the disclaimer in the overview page from all other sub-pages, let me know if that works for you.
