Some accessibility problems in the new WAI Search page.

Hi Shawn and all,

First of all, congratulaciones by the new design of the WAI site.

A member of the ACCESOWEB list [1] has found that they lack all the labels
for the controls in the page: “Searching the WAI Web Site” [2]

I am sure that this is due to deal with a forgetfulness that nobody has
realized, but that you will be able to fix it immediately.

For that reason I have made a manual revision of the page, and have found
some other small breaches of WCAG 1.0

And also attached the information in HTML and RDF  formats.

I hope that these observations contribute to improve and to maintain the
quality of the page.
