Update on Irish public policy doc link

On your Policies Relating to Web Accessibility page, you list the Irish
document "Recommended Guidelines for Public Sector Organizations" with a
link to its former address. The document now resides at:
http://www.taoiseach.gov.ie/index.asp?locID=181&docID=259.

Don't know about the Taioseach's launch press release though.
