UAAG2: Defn of calculated accessible name

Used in the reworded 1.10.1

calculated accessible name:
The name or description that the user agent communicates via the platform accessibility service for an image or control. A name calculation is required because the markup may potentially contain multiple potentially differing labels for a given image or control. WAI-ARIA contains an example of an accessible name calculation [http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria/roles#textalternativecomputation].
