Those changes look fine.

However, in 2.10.1 and 2.10.2 it might be more accurate to say the user agent does not "display" any UI components that flash, rather than saying it does not "include" them, because optional controls (such as extra toolbar buttons) may still be installed (included) with the product, as long as they are not displayed by default.
