End User Software Exists to Create User Style Sheets

I did it.  I will present at CSUN next Wednesday 10:40.

We will release on May 14 at Access-U in Austin.

So, user stylesheets will not be a luxury that is the province of
experts.  They will be generally available for people with low vision
in a software designed for their needs.

This may influence UAWG's approach to user style sheets, they will now
be generally available.
