Editor’s Comments @@ in document
1.1.3 related resources -update pointer
1.6.3 Examples – need for 1.6.2 speech pitch & range
1.6.4 Intent - Add text on treatment of currency and international
customs for reading currency numbers.
1.8.8 ** missing - need to renumber
1.10.2 outline view, Examples - Insert photo
2.1.7 follow text keyboard conventions - examples - comment - what
happens when things are not consistent. closing dialog boxes are
inconsistent ESC or ALT-F4, might be text area keyboard
conventions/controls, not just navigation.
2.3.1 related resource in document pointer – is this still the right number?
2.3.3 related resource in document pointer – is this still the right
number? Same pointer as 2.3.1
2.3.5 example - good place to add i18n example, accesskey - o umlaut,
but not on local keyboard
2.4.1 find – intent - Is this even necessary? Who does the search in
an embedded video player?
Examples searching video captions?
Searching embedded svg?
2.4.2 find direction – intent - needs some explanation. how to keep
searching within the selected content
2.4.3 match found – intent - If the caret has been moved, from its new location.
2.5.7 configure elements – review def of ‘important elements’

2.8 Summary
2.9 summary
2.10 summary
2.11 summary
2.11.2 define ‘time-based media content’ add to glossary
2.11.11 examples – need to be written and University of Toronto had
working examples 10 years ago. Geoff Freed and Larry Goldberg session
at CSUN 2 years ago showed many examples caption in different
locations, but not the user could disconnect and move where needed.
2.11.12 notes - If the browser is playing the video natively, there
is only 1 user agent. In that case, it falls on the browser to meet
the UAAG spec.
If an author uses windows media player inside the video element, the
browser needs to map its native controls to the embedded wmp controls,
and provide access to all the controls
The user needs to be able to define rendering parameters of playback
at render-time.
I think these need group approval to be put in the document.

Principal 3 Add SC based on this note from IRC of 10 November 2010:
We could consider adding to this section a recommendation that
messages have a checkbox that lets the user avoid getting the message
again. But I'm not sure how we could write it to have an appropriate
scope, that is only apply to messages where it's appropriate. AND when
you do have those check boxes, it's also useful to have something in
the application's settings that allows the user to reset those to
their default, thus making all the messages visible again.
3.1.2 examples - ??add this example.

3.1.1 MISSING, Principle 3 needs renumbering

3.2 Summary – add AC for built-in spell checking
This need to be written and added to the document
3,2,1 resources - link to section 2.1, especially 2.1.2 and 2.1.10
Are these numbers correct?
3.3.2 add to glossary - write a definition of "benefit accessibility"
- as contributing to conforming to these guidelines or a feature
specifically added to improve accessibility
3.3.3 Link to the definition to benefit accessibility from previous 3.3.2
3.3.4 examples - what about accessibility features of plugins,
extensions, etc. they are not user agents by them selves. how do user
find out about accessibility features if any in the extension?
3.4 end Missing: Greater ease in interpreting security messaging.
Should be cross-referenced with the security working group.
4.1.2 examples - This needs to be finished and be a legitimate example. Help!
Related resources – more needed
4.1.7 resources – insert something about performance and classifications
5.3.1 Intent - add a sentence about the importance of content standards
Examples - We need an ARIA example here
5.3.2 Intent - add a sentence about the importance of content standards
Same as 5.3.1
5.3.x Suzanne proposed additional SC which are holding on action items.
