JA: Also see that we need more bandwidth on cross group coordination - 
e.g. compound documents, ARIA stuff
... HTML+Javascript acts a lot like compound docs somteimes

JR: But Widget dev and ARIA makes it better

JA: UAAG used to drive UA development

KF: Two hot things now clearly WCAG and ARIA but need is still there

3. Review Guideline 4 Ensure user control of rendering
JA: Had been thinking "rendering" not user control of rendeing

KF: Seems to make sense to have a broader user controlled rendering as 
you propose

JA: Agree not to put in 2.1

JR: Maybe we have a follow standards part...alonmg with all engineered API
