Terminology and RDF Schema for Test metadata Re: WAI Testing Minutes

Hi Michael and others,

First of all, sorry to not have been available during your meeting. I
was on holidays.

Reading the minutes, I see
[[[
RESOLUTION: terminology needs to be consistant and clear.
<jallan> need to use existing definitions when available
]]]

It might help this group. The QA WG before closing released "Test
Metadata"[1] W3C Working Group Note, it might still needs
clarification, Patrick Curran (Sun) was working on it and maybe Lynne
Rosenthal (NIST) too. "Test Metadata" Note "defines a minimal set of
metadata elements that can usefully be applied to tests that are
intended for publication within a test suite."

We didn't create a specific language for handling test cases because
WGs seem to have different habits for describing and collecting their
test (XHTML, RDF, etc.) But as you can see in Test Case Metadata[2],
Dom[3] has created an [RDF Schema for Test Metadata][4][5]. On the
wiki, you will find also a list of previous projects by different
groups.
