Jim, Thanks for this big piece of work! Here are some comments: 1. CP 1.3: NEW TECH REQS CHANGE TO NORMATIVE REQS. I MIGHT ADD THESE POINTS TO ISSUES/GAPS: + allowing non-essential (IF IDENTIFIED) alerts and text messages to be optional (turned off by the user if desired). + AJAX implications as things change on-screen without a refresh 2. CP 4.6 ADD TO TO ISSUES/GAPS - it would be better if the sufficient techniques here were clear that only captions that are identified to the UA are covered. 3. Let's add a section for recording our miscellaneous thought regarding "compound documents" and plugin interfaces.
