features

w3 note)
kl where in charter does UAAG review new guideline being produced - wcag,
atag
jg under scope item 5 - review other guidelines for dependencies.
kl has been looking at wcag. "until user agents ..." statements have been
removed.
jg need implementation report

**kl to do a formal review of wcag in relation to uaag. use the test
uite. - completed by f2f
**kl implementation report of HPR - completed by f2f

2. Keyboard test suites for Mozilla
http://cita.disability.uiuc.edu/mozilla/ts-index.html
caret navigation test suites - moving suites to mozilla accessibility site.
aaron and jon to talk offline.
new issue - iframe, modify tab navigation to include iframe. what is the
behavior...tab into and through iframe then out of frame
kl in windows control-tab to move between frames, could include iframe
dp mozilla - each frame is its own document. when you tab you only move
within one frame. must use other keys to move between frames.
kl ok to tab through links move to next frame and follow links there, screen
reader announces frame boundary, treat the frame set as one document.
jg mozilla has same behavior as IE, puts focus on entire frame, then next
tab moves into frame. concern about caret movement.
caret should also move through the frameset as one document.
move discussion to uaag list.
kl search. in IE can't search across all frames. inconsistencies with focus
movement between frames.
jg should add these to test suite to illustrate the issues.

**jg resurrect issues list add following items focus movement,
**ja sent jthatcher page on names anchors, and frame movement. send code
snippets

as you add items to test suites then the completed implementation report
will show a non-rated item for that test

may add usability issues to test suite...like navigating headers
these would be recommended techniques rather than a requirement.
need to have test suites for markup proposed by wcag. and expected behavior.

mm concern about recursion, wcag proposes and must validate with existing
browsers.
kl summary="" for non data tables so screen readers would

kl IBM separating accessibility from "ease of use"

wcag techniques wg meeting Monday and Tuesday at f2f. may meet with them for
an hour on Tuesday.

** mm will check with wcag about scheduling meeting

4. SVG test suite development
http://cita.disability.uiuc.edu/wai-eval/

5. UAAG host a wiki to discuss User Agents and compatibility with assistive
technology, develop issues list for future discussion.
does W3 have tools available?
w3.org has 1 wiki, discussion for adding more wikis, but dedicated to
semantic web
UAAG will find one that is accessible.

**Jim A find a wiki with some wcag conformance, find a wiki service. Matt
may be able to host.
