Ian's regrets for 26 April and 3 May teleconfs

Hello,

I'll be in Hong Kong at the W3C Advisory Committee meeting
and then WWW10 so I expect to miss the 26 April and 3 May
teleconferences (as the time difference between New York
and Hong Kong is 12 hours).

I return to office on 10 May.
