One thing to consider; have a skip link to go past the embedded twitter feed.

I’ve seen sites with twitter feeds that need continual tabbing to get through the feed and on to the other content of the page.

This skip link allows users to jump over the feed data.

Subject: Accessible twitter feed

Hello Everyone,

How's your experience been with embedding twitter feed into the webpages? I would like to add a horizontal feed but I haven't found one that's accessible.
