Re: Are All Capital Letters accessible?

Thank you all for your prompt response.I think the back end code and
assistive tech (e.g., our smart phones) are not the issue, except for bad
design and bad code!

I also, think this article is only focusing on the use of all caps, and
it's not looking on the back end (in digital world) and not on the print!
