This is a problematic site to use with voiceover on the mac.  I can find the images and I can see that they state that the product is added to the cart after clicked but the ad to cart images are not labeled as to which product is being added and the product was added to cart image does not state its name either and needs too. 

I know this has always been difficult but It can be done. 

Some examples of sites that are shopable are Peapod.com and safeway.com.  I've not been s schwan's customer but my observations above come from many years of work in the field and a brief look at the site. 

A good business case for accessibility of your site is that It might just save a life and even if it is only one life that it saves, it is well worth the effort wouldn't you say?
