Accessibility of Third Party Forum Solutions

Hi all

A client has asked for advice about accessible third party forum solutions.  They are aware of both PHPbb and Vbulletin but not how accessible they are.  Perhaps you've had experience with some of these solutions or others?  If so, I'd be very happy to hear from you.
