It uses an old version. If you analyse a page, and then select the  
'produce report' button (there is an icon that looks like a typewriter),  
you have a form to add metadata, and among the options is to view or  
download a report in RDF. That produces RDF - including EARL.

(Hera keeps results for a while, so you can go back and continue your  
evaluations or have multiple people doing them).
