The U.S. Access Board has released for public comment a draft of updated
requirements for information and communication technology (ICT) covered
by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Section 255 of the
Telecommunications Act.

Access Board to provide technical assistance to individuals and Federal
departments and agencies concerning the requirements of this section.

not a determination of the legal rights or responsibilities of entities
