Please take a look at http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20081211/SVR2. This document is the only document that makes a reference to .htaccess. I am using it to deny visitors that I have reason to belive are spamming us, causing posting information into forums that cannot be removed, and other security related reasons.

For further details look at http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/htaccess5.shtml and
http://www.javascriptkit.com/howto/htaccess14.shtml

With this information, what can I do to achieve "compliance" and "maintain security"?
