Can WCAG 2/1.4.4 Resize Text pass with at least one of the two browsers up to 200%?
 
If not, can Opera send me an attachment for a lower version of Opera so I can test my site.
 
The version I used was 9.6.4.

Without seeing *your page* there is no way to answer this for certain. However, if your page does not zoom correctly beyond 150% then it sounds likely that you fail.
