On Focus and On Input

I need some advice on On Input and On Focus (WCAG 2.0/3.2.1 AND 3.2.2)
 
My site "does not" contain any scripts, forms, or tables.
 
For my contact page, I use a direct e-mail address.
 
Since WCAG 1.0, I avoided using tables, because it causes problems for screen readers and other users.
 
Could On Foucs or On Input be appliable to my own site checklist?
