It's important to understand that these tools should not be used without 
a human.  Maybe half of accessibility checking can only be done by 
humans, and there may be circumstances where even the mechanical rules 
need to be overridden.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
