A List Apart conducted a survey of 33,000 Web designers and developers,
including usability and accessibility consultants, in April, 2007,
covering all sorts of self-reported demographic data including salaries.
You can download the raw data as a .csv and then grep out the lines with
"accessibility".

I would also be happy to email you the data I've been able to filter out
(about 400 responses where job title = Accessibility or Usability
Consultant).
