My favorite site for salary information is typically the Occupational Outlook Handbook, but specifics on web accessibility roles have not yet been published (perhaps keep an eye out):

I'm wondering if anyone has a good source for market data on salaries 
for web accessibility specialists and engineers. HR is having a tough 
time finding that data and all I have is anecdotal  information based 
on my own experience. I think they'd prefer something more objective.
