There is a growing demand in business and education for versatile tools at a
reasonable cost. To meet that demand, many companies and educational
institutions are turning to open-source software. This Webinar will explore
how open-source software can be integrated into an organization's learning
or knowledge management systems. 

Jenny Watt is an Instructional Designer with Interactive Online Classroom, a
provider of online courses to colleges, universities, businesses and
individuals around the world. Jenny will talk about some of the types of
open source software which are available, advantages of using open-source
software and ways your organization may benefit from these types of
applications. 

The Webinar will include demonstrations of several popular open-source
applications and discussing how the applications can be used to build or
expand an e-learning or e-business practice by providing the following types
of e-knowledge delivery models:
